A MESSAGE FROM OUR COO
-ZARIMAH MOHAMED-
An experienced person in Human Resource, Administration and Event Management in a diversified Bumiputra Company. Possess leadership, enthusiasm, vision and drive coupled with a proven track record in managing resources and staff, she was then promoted as Principal of Akademi Shapadu Sdn Bhd in 2010.
Prior to that, she was the Senior Manager, Group Human Resources and Administration for more than 10 years. Being the pioneer and Principal of the company she has successfully bring up Akademi Shapadu as one of the top Training Provider in Security Industry in the country. She is a certified HRDF and PPKKM trainer and also a qualified NLP Practitioner.
Completed her education in Business Studies at the Institute Technology Mara ( Now UITM ), She started her career in the R&D Department in Shapadu Holdings, and has been in all over departments ie; Finance, Legal & Secretarial and Corporate Communication before she was assigned to Human Resources and Administration Department.
Apart from her duties, she is also active in recreational activities in the company, plays an important role in all company events, she was appointed as the Vice President of Shapadu Sports & Recreation Club. She initiated and organized lots of activities to the company . She believes activities and trainings will bring the staff united and may enhance the performance of the company.
